Pink Ribbon Movie focuses on exposing some of the possible causes and early signs of breast cancer. It also clears the widespread misconception people have on the deadly disease as it tells the story of three university friends (Sarah, Matilda & Ayo) who lived reckless lives during their university days; exposing themselves to some risk factors such as excessive smoking, high consumption of alcohol and all manner of lifestyles.

Things take a turn for the worse when Sarah gets diagnosed of Breast cancer and she soon rejected by her friends, fiancée and the society. Sarah’s world falls apart as this total rejection based on vague misconceptions drives her to commit suicide after a lingering period of intense pain and rejection, as the movie comes to a climax.

The tragic part of the movie lies in the fact that Sarah never got to discover who she was – the abandoned daughter of a business mogul and owner of a multinational company.

Pink Ribbon touches every aspect of our daily lives. The movie featured dynamic actors and actresses – Ruth Kadiri, Empress Njamah, Peace Great, Fiona Garuba, Apel Emmanuel, Energy Oloko, Francis Ebiloma, Carlos Anokwuru among others.

It is our goal to spread 10 million free copies of the movie, Pink Ribbon in Nigeria.
This, we believe, will help reduce by a great margin the number of breast cancer cases and victims around the world as it is now generally estimated that 2 out of 8 women are liable to have breast cancer before age Sixty (60).
